Sean Lynch, DO

Dr. Sean E. Lynch D.O. is Board Certified in Family Medicine and practices in the South Augusta area. Dr. Lynch spent years in the Army National Guard after high school and through college, and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia. He subsequently attended Nova Southeastern University, in Miami, Florida, graduating with a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Georgia where he is also involved in the teaching of Family Medicine residents and in the training of medical students.

Dr. Lynch strives to help patients get off their medications and to prevent the need for such medications with positive lifestyle changes. Dr. Lynch has been named one of Augusta’s “Best Doctors” in Family Practice by the Augusta Magazine for 4 years in a row.

Dr. Lynch resides in Richmond county with his wife and their four children. Dr. Lynch enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his local church and Medical Campus Outreach ministries, and enjoys taking medical mission trips, including his last trip ministering to the Peruvians along the Amazon river.
